Halloween was really fun this year. Rhiannon made a great zombie running around asking for everyone's "Brains, Brains".
My BFF Emily and I always dress up as witches, good ones of course! K.J. made a great Reed Doughty. (His favorite Washington Redskin who graduated from Roosevelt High School here in Johnstown!) The kids went trick or treating this year for the first time without Mom or Dad. They had a great time with their friends and were really excited. The night ended like it does every year with a nice warm cup of hot chocolate and some fresh from the oven pumpkin bread!!

Family Trip to Anderson Farms

This year we decided to take a trip to Anderson Farms for a fun day together. We looked at all the animals they have, including the little bunny town. Every year they have miles and miles of corn maze to go through and every year they change the design. The first time we came, we could only get through 1/3 of the maze. This year we made it through 3/4 of the maze. We had such fun and we set a goal to complete the entire maze next year!!!

2008 Steeler Football

We Love Football Season! This was K.J.'s last year in Little League Football. We are really proud of him. Every Year he improves his skills as a lineman and this year he even got to carry the football. On Saturday we played our Johnstown rivals. He played great on the line and he even carried the ball for a 6 yard gain!! We love to watch him succeed at something he loves! Way to go #37!!!

Buddy Walk 2008!!

For the last three years we head down to Denver with Uncle Eric and Kaden and walk for the Mile High Down Syndrome fund raiser.

It was a great day! We had lots of fun walking, playing and spending time together. We all hoped Kaden would make the 3 mile walk with us this year, but not quite. He really did enjoy the playground though.

Summer in Estes

The kids enjoy the visit we make to
Estes Park each summer before they
have to go back to school. This year was
no exception. We had a great day riding
go carts, bumper boats, the extreme
trampoline and having a great lunch with
Nana. Thanks Nana for making this such
a fun tradition.
